Carmen Weinberg, the mastermind behind Animal Friends Project, headed to a trailer park situated in Palm Beach County to assess the feline population in the area.

As she was wandering around, Carmen came across a heartbreaking sight. She spotted a small black kitten lying lethargically next to some trash cans at the rear of a house. Upon inspection, Carmen noticed that the kitten had crusty eyes and required medical attention. Carmen couldn’t bear to leave the kitten there any longer. She promptly picked it up and put it in a carrier in her car.

Lulu, the adorable kitten, had a flea infestation and her gums were pale. During the initial days, she lacked energy and required feeding with a syringe 24/7. However, on the third day, Lulu made an amazing recovery and began purring while showcasing her unique personality. Vera and Beth Stern, two foster carers, assisted her, and she eventually transformed into an energetic panther-like kitty.

Lulu’s life took a turn for the better after a difficult beginning, when a kind family discovered her. They were from the bustling city of New York and were on the hunt for a furry companion for their cat Mojo. The family stumbled upon Lulu’s pictures on Beth’s Instagram profile, and it was love at first sight!

According to Love Meow, Lulu’s family stated that she arrived at her permanent residence and immediately showed excitement and bravery. Furthermore, Mojo, the existing pet, was very fond of her and allowed her to roam and play wherever she wanted.
