Anne, a foster parent who works with a rescue organization, was thrilled to offer Penny a home. After the organization reached out to her (@katzoektthuis), Anne happily took in Penny, who had likely never lived inside before. The feline quickly adjusted to her new surroundings and settled into a peaceful room, although she remained wary of humans and preferred to keep her distance. Anne made sure Penny had plenty of comfortable spots to snuggle up in, but the cat tree proved to be her favorite from the beginning.

Whenever Anne walked into the room, Penny would immediately stand up and make her way to her food bowl, excited to eat. This behavior was consistent every time Anne entered the room, causing Penny to cautiously emerge from her hiding spot. As for the kittens, they still have a lot of growing up to do and lots of feline abilities to learn. Penny has managed to teach them the importance of personal hygiene and the necessary skill of climbing up the cat tree where they were born.
