A kind-hearted lady had the pleasure of having a stray cat and her little ones pay her a visit. However, this became a regular occurrence as the cat kept coming back with more kittens. The woman tried her best to spay and neuter the kittens and find them loving homes. Unfortunately, she was unable to catch the mother cat in time.
After several months, the woman was surprised to see the cat return, but this time with a pregnancy. The feline eventually gave birth in the woman’s yard, leaving her to seek help from Wrenn Rescues. Majesty, as the mother cat was later named, continued to have litters until she was finally rescued from the streets and placed in a foster home with her kittens.
At first, Majesty was scared of her new environment but eventually grew comfortable. She was provided with a cozy nest and plenty of food which helped build her trust in her caretakers. They even developed a bond where she would eat treats from their hands and let them weigh her kittens to keep track of their development.
As time passed by, Majesty developed a craving for love and attention. Whenever the foster volunteer, Jen, arrived, Majesty would excitedly jump in and out of her nest, hoping to receive some head scratches. Periwinkle, one of her kittens, would always stay close to her mother, following her every move like an adorable little shadow.
Jen remarked that Periwinkle was the smallest of her litter, weighing significantly less than her siblings, but she has managed to make a remarkable recovery.
Following a couple of weeks in the care of foster parents, Majesty’s eyes seemed to have eased up, and she had undergone a significant change in her demeanor.
