Carmen Weinberg, the creator of Animal Friends Project located in Delray Beach, Florida, visited a trailer park situated in Palm Beach County to inspect the feline residents of the area.

During her visit, Carmen came across a small black kitten lying near some garbage cans behind a house. The kitten appeared to be weak and in need of medical attention, with crusty eyes that caught Carmen’s attention. Unable to leave the kitten there any longer, Carmen picked her up and placed her in a carrier in her car.

Lulu, the adorable kitten, suffered from flea infestation and had white gums. She lacked energy during the initial days, and constant feeding through a syringe was necessary. However, Lulu’s spirit fought back, and by the third day, she began to purr and show her true personality. Vera and Beth Stern, two foster caregivers, provided assistance and nurtured her until she transformed into a lively panther-like kitty.

Lulu’s life had a rocky start, but eventually, she got her wish fulfilled when an amazing family discovered her. Specifically, a family located in New York City was in search of a companion for their cat, Mojo. Luckily, they stumbled upon Lulu’s pictures on Beth’s Instagram account, and it was love at first sight for them.

According to Love Meow, Lulu’s family shared that she finally arrived at her forever home. Lulu was ecstatic and courageous upon arrival, and Mojo, the resident pet, immediately fell in love with her. Mojo was amazed by Lulu’s energy and allowed her to explore the house freely. Lulu was also affectionate and cuddly, which made Mojo adore her even more.

Ever since that fateful day, the dynamic duo has been inseparable. Mojo takes on the role of the older brother, always watching out for Lulu and keeping her safe.
