Introducing Bum, a delightful cat residing in sunny California who embodies the state’s laid-back lifestyle. Despite his petite size, Bum has captured the hearts of many with his unique feature – crossed eyes that appear to be in a constant state of worry. This cute feline was brought to the San Diego Humane Society Kitten Nursery along with his littermates when he was only 4 weeks old, but he stood out from the rest. Despite his physical difference, Bum is perfectly healthy and happy, and his endearing personality makes him all the more lovable.
While he may be a little shy around new people, Bum quickly warms up once he gets to know them. He’s a true snugglebug who loves nothing more than morning cuddles and sleeping under the covers.

One thing that brings great joy to him is spending time with other feline friends, particularly kittens. He has shown his love by assisting in raising numerous foster litters and spending quality time with injured ones who are in the process of rehabilitation.

He appears to be quite silly and quirky, but don’t let that fool you – he’s incredibly intelligent and gifted.
