In a touching display of devotion, a pit bull named Nong Horm valiantly shielded her owners by boldly confronting a snake in the backyard of their Pathum Thani home in Thailand. Sadly, Nong Horm lost her life to the venomous bite of the serpent while defending those she cared for deeply.

Nong Horm, a pregnant woman who was close to delivering her baby, had an unexpected encounter with a monocled snake, which is notorious for being one of the most dangerous snakes on earth. Despite the danger, she remained fearless and faced the snake head-on. Fortunately, her loyal pitbull came to her rescue by biting the snake’s lips, causing the venom to act quickly and neutralize the threat.

Suddenly, the family was caught off guard and couldn’t react as things unfolded. Suriyon Chanthakhet, the owner, expressed his sadness about what happened. He said, “Our amazing dog sacrificed herself while trying to save us from the snake,” and this news is heartbreaking, leaving him feeling overwhelmed with sorrow. He also added that he can’t fathom the pain the dog must have endured, which made him emotional.
